Birth Doula:
Free Initial Consultation
3-6 Pre-birth home visits to get to know you, teach a little bit of childbirth ed, go over the plan for birth, and support for aftercare (several visits with dad included)
Attend birth + 2 hours postpartum until family is settled in
~3 Postpartum visits to assist in consultation, breastfeeding assistance, post partum depression assessment, general baby care, options/choices in infant care.
Written birth story, and photos or videos taken during the birth (as requested).
Lactational Consultations until weaning
Deposit required to reserve birth date. Remaining fee due by 38 weeks.
Lactational Consultant:
Education, Information, Support for breastfeeding moms.
Free Initial Consultation
2-3 Pre-birth home visits
Assistance after birth with latch and during hospital admission, if requested.
Assistance, information and consulting during first 3 weeks after birth, with intermittent visits as needed for the following 3-6 weeks. (At home)
Services provided as a package of 25 hours, or per hour.
Deposit required to reserve birth date.
Fees:
$600 for birth doula
$550 for lactation services for 25 hours over several weeks as needed
$30 for lactational services per hour
